The full-time and part-time Staff of Moore College of Art & Design are accomplished creative professionals and integral to the arts community of Philadelphia and beyond. They are committed to supporting young artists and Moore faculty, and to fostering creative excellence both within and outside of the Moore College of Art & Design community.
We support these dedicated staff in their effort to form a union, because higher education workers everywhere deserve stable and respectful working conditions in order to best support their students and institutions.
We want Moore Staff to have a union to ensure job security, equitable and sustainable compensation, access to health insurance and other benefits, and a voice within the College. These improvements will allow Moore Staff to continue to provide caring and thorough support for the valuable creative learning experiences that have historically defined Moore College of Art & Design.
