Hotel workers at the Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, Colorado (soon to be a Graduate Hotel) are demanding a fair process to decide on a union, free of intimidation. Workers at the Graduate by Hilton Berkeley hotel won their union on July 31 and are now fighting for a first contract.
