SEIU 925 members have soundly rejected UW’s contract offer. The University’s “last, best, and final” proposal offered no wage increases with no possible wage reopeners over two years, no additional PTO, and no AI protections.
Union members clearly understand when they are being insulted. UW needs to get back to the bargaining table and propose real solutions for recruiting and retaining the talented staff that keep UW running.
Email President Jones and UW Board of Regents and tell them UW workers deserve a fair contract.
