The Core faculty at Lesley University consists of about 80 Full time Non-Tenure-Track (NTT) professors who have been bargaining for TWO YEARS. Yesterday, April 27, they bargained from noon well into the night, but still couldn’t get the University to budge on important proposals like compensation, workload, and successorship, so they go ON STRIKE today, April 28, at 1pm.
They would welcome your support on the picket line, either today or tomorrow. They will picket University Hall, right next to the Porter Square red line stop. Anyone in the area should come join us. If that’s not possible, please sign their petition for a fair contract here.
